Hiring should reward what you can do
Great people get overlooked because hiring still runs on CVs, keywords and gut feel, and because the first round takes weeks. We built Prism Platform to fix both. We match on genuine skill, aligned to industry skills classification standards and validated by people who know the work.
We use AI to remove the slow, manual friction, never to judge a person. Every match keeps a human in the loop, and every Pulse™ interview adds to a living knowledge bank so the matching gets fairer, faster and sharper over time. That is how expert hiring becomes fast, fair and precise, for clients and experts alike.
One brief. Many facets of a person. A match you can trust.
Fast, fair, and precise expert hiring
Three things Prism does that traditional hiring cannot, for clients who need the right expert and experts who want to be seen for what they can actually do.
Speed
A qualified shortlist in up to 72 hours, against a six-week industry average per role. Prism collapses the slowest, most manual part of hiring: getting genuinely matched experts in front of a client.
For clients
Fill critical roles in days.
For experts
Get in front of real opportunities fast.
Fairness and compliance
Prism matches on genuine skill fit aligned to industry skills classification standards, with human validation. Not CVs, not keywords, not gut feel. That reduces both human bias and the AI bias baked into most automated hiring tools.
For clients
Defensible, auditable decisions.
For experts
Judged on ability, not on your CV format.
Match quality that compounds
Pulse™ interviews build a deepening picture of each expert over time, so a match is never a one-off keyword hit. The knowledge bank sharpens as it grows.
For clients
Smarter shortlists every time you hire.
For experts
Your profile works harder every time you Pulse™.

Hiring was built for a slower world. We rebuilt it.
The traditional first round is slow, opaque and hard to trust, in any sector. Prism replaces it with a transparent, evidence-based match, ranked before anyone tells you a name.

Questions, answered
Most briefs return a ranked shortlist of matched experts within up to 72 hours, against an industry average of about six weeks per role for traditional search and first-round interviewing.
Matching is based on skills evidence aligned to industry skills classification standards, not on keywords, CVs or gut feel. A qualified human is always in the loop before a shortlist reaches a client.
No. AI on Prism accelerates the workflow by drafting briefs and surfacing an initial pool, but it never scores or assesses a person’s skills. That assessment is grounded in industry skills classification standards and reviewed by our talent leads.
Yes. Creating a profile and being considered for roles is free, and it stays free. You can also earn a share of the fee on a referral or on an opportunity you log and we place — create a profile to see what that is worth.
A short spoken check-in, about ten minutes, that keeps your profile current with new skills, certifications and projects. You take one when you join; after that it is optional and you set the frequency — quarterly, twice a year or annually. We strongly recommend keeping it up, because a current profile is what gets matched.
Data handling is designed around Australian privacy obligations, including how automated matching is used and disclosed. See Trust and compliance above for detail. This is general information, not legal advice.
